Leaf & Grain ("the App") is licensed to You (End-User) by Sanabria Technologies, LLC, located and registered in NJ, United States (hereinafter: Licensor), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo (if provided)

• User-Generated Content: Cigar collection data, smoking journal entries, reviews, ratings, photos, and favorite pairings

• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, and preferences

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version

• Purchase Information: Subscription status and transaction history (processed by Apple)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the App's features and functionality

• Sync your data across devices

• Personalize your cigar and spirit pairing recommendations

• Process subscription payments (via Apple's App Store)

• Send important updates about the App (with your consent)

• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and row-level security policies.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and subscription payment processing

• Supabase: For secure data storage and synchronization

• MapKit: For lounge finder location services

These services have their own privacy policies governing data use.

5. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent

• To comply with legal obligations

• To protect our rights and prevent fraud

• Aggregated, anonymized data for analytics (which cannot identify you)

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for users 21 years of age or older (or the legal smoking/drinking age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under this age.

9. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR for European users.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
