These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of any mobile applications, websites, services, and software (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Sanabria Technologies, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Services.
1. Description of Services
Sanabria Technologies provides mobile applications and digital tools designed to provide informational, educational, entertainment, productivity, lifestyle, and advisory content.
Features may include guidance systems, analysis tools, journaling features, recommendations, interactive content, and personalized insights.
Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use digital services.
Certain Services may require a higher minimum age. By using the Services, you represent that you meet all applicable age requirements.
3. License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Services on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple App Store Usage Rules.
You may not:
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Modify or create derivative works
Resell, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Services
Circumvent technical protections
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the Company.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription.
Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period
Managing Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be managed or canceled at any time in your Apple ID settings:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered and not canceled before expiration, the subscription converts to a paid plan automatically.
Apple handles all billing. We do not store payment information.
5. No Professional Advice
All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The Services do not provide:
Medical advice
Psychological advice
Financial advice
Legal advice
Relationship counseling
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
6. User Content
You may submit content such as notes, messages, images, or entries.
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process the content solely to operate and improve the Services.
You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
7. Availability & Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Sanabria Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company within the previous 12 months.
10. Apple App Store Terms
Apple is not responsible for:
Maintenance or support
Product claims
Warranty claims
Legal claims
Content
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the application.
12. Legal Compliance
You confirm you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not on any U.S. prohibited persons list.
13. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, graphics, and content belong to Sanabria Technologies, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
